HOW TO PURCHASE OUR ITEMS / GOODS

How to make an order:

1) To order out items,

i] go to our homepage
ii] you will see all products under 'Our Store', click the category of items that you want
iii] it will brings you to the sub-category, then click the items that you want to buy
iv] follow all the instructions given by the system
v] thats it, you already making an order

2) Once you're making an order, the informations will straight away go to our system. We will inform you whether the item(s) that your order is still available or is no longer in our stock. If the stock is still availabe, so we proceed to the next step

3) Payment can be made through maybank2u.com or ATM Machines(Maybank ATM = go to 3rd Party / Non-Maybank ATM users = go to Cash Cheque) to our AC Maybank:

( The delivery will only be made once you pay with FULL payments )

4) Delivery Method:
- Express = RM4.50 for West Malaysia & RM5 East Malaysia
- Pos Laju:
First 500g or less = RM5.50 for West Malaysia & RM8 for East Malaysia
501g-750g = RM6.50 (East Malaysia) & RM10 (West Malaysia)
751g-1kg = RM7.50 (East Malaysia) & RM12 (West Malaysia)

5) Delivery Schedule: On Thursday (Please ensure that payment should be made before 12:00 otherwise your shipment will be held on the next transmission)
